VOICE/USAGE COMMUNICATIONS

"City-Wide" Centrex/AVN

From May 22nd thru August 18, 2000, AT&T Centrex Customer may sign up for AVN (AT&T Virtual Network), for a Flat $8.00 monthly charge per line. "City-Wide" Centrex/AVN extends Centrex intercom calling across a customer's multiple locations that are within a single LATA and connect Centrex systems from different Central Offices using AIN (Advanced Intelligent Network) platform. The $8.00 per line charge is in addition to the customer's normal Centrex line rate, and is applicable to all Centrex line types - Basic/Analog, EKL and ISDN Centrex. No traffic study is required. Supports a key system at the hub/main location Minimum of 20 lines cumulative across the customer's multiple locations. Previously, 50 lines were required. Offer Requirements: Customer must subscribe to AT&T Centrex Service. All normal non-recurring charges apply. Customer can add up to 200 more Centrex lines equipped with AVN for the $8.00 per line rate within a year. All locations must be served by Centrex and all Centrex lines at these locations must be equipped with AVN. Customer locations must be within the AT&T region. AT&T is the intraLATA carrier. No shared common block. All lines in the network terminating at an authorized premises location of the end user customer of record. Customer must be served from a digital switch (analog switch work around available but, requires ICB).

FeatureLink

Until June 30, 2000, new and existing customers may sign up for FeatureLink at a reduced rate. All system establishment, non-recurring service order and line connection fees and service order change charges are waived. New Customers: Waive $50 AFL System Establishment Charge Waive the Non-recurring Service Order and Line Connection Charges. Existing Customers: Waive $50 AFL System Establishment Charge Waive the Service Order Change Charge. NOTE: Line Connection Changes do not apply for existing customers converting to AT&T FeatureLink. Offer Requirements: Available to 2 - 30 line customers (new or existing), who agree to a 3 or 5 year AT&T FeatureLink contract. The contract must be for the maximum package commitment (2, 5, 12, or 20) and installation within 60 days of the contract signing. Customers are NOT required to order AT&T FeatureLink for all lines, but they must commit to the largest package for the number of lines that they do order AT&T FeatureLink for.

ISDN Centrex

Until June 30, 2000, new and existing customers purchasing National ISDN Centrex will be entitled to a waiver of the following non-recurring charges on the initial order: Service Order Line Connection Partial/full IC charges of ISDN National (this is a savings of $32.50 - $123 depending on the state) Offer Requirements: Customers must subscribe to AT&T Centrex Service and migrate or add a minimum of 3 ISDN National Centrex lines on the order. The contract must be for the maximum package commitment level for the lines they have. New customers must sign a Centrex contract for 3 years or more. One one order per billing telephone number is allowed. The bill name must remain the same.
