The move to a new facility can often be a disruptive experience for a company. Many activities and Relocation cross countryservices have to be coordinated at once to ensure a seamless transition. Tri·Com Incorporated is there to make the transition of your communications system go smoothly. For over 25 years, we have assisted hundreds of companies with their system moves. While we specialize in moving within the Chicagoland area, we are not limited to those boundaries, and have handled many moves throughout the country. As an Authorized Distributor for AT&T, we handle all the necessary arrangements for you telephone lines. We then will provide for the cabling of your new facility, if it is not already in place, and the move and reinstallation of your equipment.

Prior to your move, Tri·Com will visit the new location for a site inspection. Floor plans and office/factory design will be reviewed and a flow of work will be established. A move date will be coordinated with your company. For your convenience, the move can be done on a weekend or evening, to avoid downtime.

When possibly, Tri·Com technicians will go to the new facility prior to the move, to install any necessary cabling and prepare for the arrival of the system. We have found this allows the project to flow smoothly and minimizes the disruption to your workforce and other contracted services for the move, therefore reducing the overall moving costs. During the relocation Tri·Com will take extreme care of the premises and will clean up and remove all debris created by the work performed.

Before completing the relocation of your system, Tri·Com personnel will give you instructions on how to reach our 24-hour, 7-days a week maintenance and support team. Our computerized record management service guarantees quick and efficient response to all our customers' needs. A dispatch system providing instant data and support to all service and installation personnel ensures the most effective service possible with a minimum of inconvenience and downtime.
