As a Tri·Com customer, you will receive the benefit of over 25 years of communications experience. From local lines, telephone systems, voice mail, intercom, paging, computer interface, data services and long distance, Tri·Com Incorporated will assist you on an ongoing basis. Our consultative services include equipment network and traffic analysis. Tri·Com will also act as your communications representative to the telephone company and any specialized common carrier. Other features in our services line include:

Installation - Every telephone system installed by Tri·Com is burned in for 36 hours and completely tested prior to installation. Tri·Com customer services personnel will build out all sets, have programming information finished and in place, coordinate all arrangements with the telephone company and be ready to train your personnel at cutover. Pretraining on the systems can also be arranged. All this preparation is essential to a smooth transition of your system and services.

Cabling - Cabling may be thought of as the "veins" of the communications system. It is an essential part of the system, and Tri·Com can provide the cabling for both your voice and data communications. Whether you are adding a few additional extensions, or putting in a new LAN/WAN, our team of specialists will run your cabling in accordance with industry standards and local ordinances.

System Moves - If you are relocating across the street, across town or miles away, Tri·Com's team of technicians can move your telecommunication system safely, with the least amount of down time.

Extended Warranty - Included in the contract price is a one year warranty which includes parts and labor. We offer an three optional five-year warranty plans which are purchased with the original equipment contract.

Financing - Tri·Com offers a wide variety of leasing programs to match your budget requirements.


TRI·COM'S SERVICE COMMITMENT TO YOU AS A VALUED CUSTOMER

We provide the following unusual and in some cases unique service programs:
1. Your entire phone system database is documented on the computer using special forms we have developed.
2. Special user guides are developed to simplify training and for the user to reference. Customized training guides supplement manufacturer's guides.
3. The entire program is stored on diskettes and filed as well, as a readable printout of it is used for a handy reference. In the event of a CPU failure, the entire program can be downloaded remotely or on site for fast restoration of service.
4. Remote access is provided on every installation to allow us to instantly make a program change or perform diagnostics. This is done from our office or a program manager's laptop in the field. Even a button change of a feature on a phone can be done instantly when online.
5. Because of our remote capability, our warranty program includes additional programming changes without cost to the client.
6. Additional training is provided during the warranty period without charge as required, when new personnel are hired or your system administrator for the system needs assistance.
7. The same staff that designs your system, programs it, installs it, trains your personnel to use it, and orders service on your telephone lines are the same people who service your account. We deal with each other on a first name basis on a highly personal level.
8. The technicians, installers, and project managers are all certified and experienced Norstar technicians. Norstar is their 100% occupation and as a result you receive full value from their experience and expertise on every call. We use the Norstar system every day in our business, so almost anyone that you speak to at Tri·Com can assist you with the answer to any Norstar question.
9. We are your one call solution for all of your phone system and related needs. As an Authorized AT&T Distributor, we order all of your service and maintain your records so you do not have to call through the usual channels and wait for service. We save you all of that time and confusion and let you spend your time more profitably in your line of business.
10. All of this is done without charge! In addition, we will consult with you on any voice or data issue: Find the answers, find the experts, establish alternatives, provide cost analysis on any issue that you request. Again, this free consultative service is provided without cost because you are a customer of ours! We can keep you fully informed on all the latest changes in our industry and as you know, they occur regularly with great speed!


Compare this program with your current or prospective vendor. Ask for his hourly rate for the above service if they are available. As you will see our services are of great value for one of your most important business tools.

Ask about our Guaranteed Maintenance Plan (GMA) which provides a fixed cost program that assures you that your phone and voice mail system will be immediately maintained whenever a repair becomes necessary when your original warranty expires.
