Sales Administration Manager
Tri·Com is seeking an organized, ambitious, results-oriented professional with a solid background of experience as Manager of Sales Administration. This is position that allows for creative development and management skills, and for existing knowledge in the communication industry to be utilized and expanded upon. JOB DESCRIPTION The ideal candidate will provide support to key upper level management personnel and the outside sales force. In addition, duties will include interfacing with customer service and finance departments, preparing presentations and proposals, helping to meet urgent deadlines, handling customer inquiries, preparing and maintaining informational spreadsheets and databases, forecasting of sales for upper management, attending weekly sales meetings, and assisting in the automation of the sales cycle.
